I'm a Data Analyst and Business Intelligence Specialist with hands-on experience turning raw, fragmented data into executive-ready dashboards that directly inform revenue, operations, and strategy decisions. I don't just build reports — I engineer insights that answer the questions leadership actually cares about.
My work spans FMCG retail, e-commerce performance, logistics risk intelligence, healthcare analytics, education data, and regional sales performance including uncovering a 16.2-point regional achievement gap in Nigeria's WAEC results. Built end-to-end using SQL, Power BI, DAX, and Star Schema data modeling. I completed a Data Analytics internship at DecodeLabs, earning a certification of completion and a recommendation letter.
Before analytics, I spent 10+ years in the classroom — and that background shapes how I work now: breaking complex problems into simple, step-by-step insights that non-technical stakeholders can actually act on. I'm currently serving as an NYSC corps member in Delta State, teaching Digital Technology at Dell International College. I run The Analytics Ladder, a free community helping aspiring Nigerian data analysts build real skills. A Power BI dashboard comparing sales, profit, and product performance across four regional sales managers from 2018 to 2021. Surfaced a $36K profit gap hidden behind near-identical sales growth rates, revealing that sales growth does not always translate into profit growth across regions.

Found that only 55.4% of students achieve credit-level passes, prep class attendance adds 6.9 points on average, private school students outperform public by 7.6 points, and children of tertiary-educated parents score 16 points higher — a gap that persists across every subject tested.

Found that promotions cut revenue by 33% despite driving more volume, inventory was overstocked 33.6% company-wide with a 0% stockout rate, and Toys & Clothing drove 65% of revenue and $124M of $193M total profit.
